The list of new cast members for "Arrow" season 4 keeps growing. The show has just added Elysia Rotaru ("Supernatural", "iZombie") to play a recurring role of Oliver's (Stephen Amell) love interest. Before fans freak out that Oliver and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) would break up, it's revealed that Rotaru's character is someone from Oliver's past.

"Oliver is gonna have a love interest in the past that will serve as a parallel or potentially a contrast to his love affair with Felicity in the present," executive producer Marc Guggenheim tells EW. Thus, Rotaru's character, which details are still kept under wraps, will appear in flashbacks.

Also getting a new love interest in the upcoming season is Oliver's sister Thea (Willa Holland), who parted ways with her longtime lover Roy (Colton Haynes) when he left Starling City. Parker Young ("Enlisted", "Suburgatory") is cast as Alex Davis, who may romance Thea. According to ETonline, he is "a smart and driven young man, who will work for Oliver."

In addition to Rotaru and Young, "True Blood" alum Rutina Wesley is in talks to join the cast for a multi-episode arc, according to TheWrap. Her role, however, is still unknown.

These new additions join Alexander Calvert who will play Lonnie Machin/Anarky, Echo Kellum who will portray Mister Terrific, Jimmy Akingbola who is cast as Baron Reiter, JR Bourne who lands the role of villainous Double Down a.k.a. Jeremy Tell, and Ryan Robbins who will star as Conklin, a sadistic and ruthless member of Shadowspire.

"Arrow" season 4 premieres Wednesday, October 7 at 8 P.M. on The CW.
