Jennifer reportedly fired Christine Ouzounian after finding out that Ben and the nanny 'had been intimate' while in the Bahamas.

Ben Affleck's former nanny Christine Ouzonian has met lawyers to file a wrongful termination suit against Jennifer Garner, HollywoodLife reports. Christine allegedly doesn't feel her affair with Ben was a good enough reason for Jennifer to fire her.
A source tells the site, "Ben asked Christina if she wanted to fly back to Los Angeles with him from the Bahamas. He assured her it was OK. Technically, he was her boss, not Jen. But along the way, he convinced her to go to Las Vegas with him for his poker tournament. They even stopped and picked up Tom Brady for the trip. While in Vegas, Ben hid Christine the entire time."
"When they got back to L.A., Jen heard about their trip without the kids and flipped out. She fired Christine right away and Ben did nothing about it. Christine's upset and has met with attorneys to file a wrongful termination suit against Jen," the source adds, "In truth, Christine would rather be Ben's girlfriend than nanny. She has strong feelings for him and wishes he wanted a relationship."
A friend of Christine tells E! News that although Jennifer was "very, very suspicious" of her nanny, the nanny wasn't fired until the "Elektra" actress "found out that Ben and Christine had been intimate" while in the Bahamas.
"What started out as a flirtation quickly turned into more," the friend says of Ben and Christine's relationship. "Eventually she couldn't contain her excitement and spilled the beans that she was dating Ben Affleck...she told her friends she was completely in love with him. Ben told Christine things that led her to believe they were going to be fully together. Over the course of the last few months, their relationship became very real and serious to Christine."
Ben previously denied the cheating rumor and threatened to sue tabloid which spread the story. His representative said, "The story is complete garbage and full of lies. All allegations of a romantic relationship are baseless and untrue. It's tabloid journalism hiding behind blind sources. It's a shameful ploy to stay relevant for the magazine. We are considering legal options."
