The Bundys are on the way to make their return to the small screen. David Faustino, who starred alongside Christina Applegate, Ed O'Neill, Katey Sagal and more on the original sitcom, has revealed that a "Married... with Children" reunion is currently in the works.

"Sony has it. They're excited about it," Faustino told E! News at the premiere of Applegate's new comedy movie "Vacation" which is due to open in U.S. theaters on July 29. "They're working out some legal issues that we hope they work out."

Faustino went on sharing that all original cast members were on board the project. "The whole cast, including Christina, is down to do little bits in it," he said. "The idea would be a pilot for a spin-off. That's all I can say right now. It involves me and few other people."

Applegate confirmed Faustino's statement as saying, "All of us have said we would all be there for [Faustino.]" Imagining what her character Kelly would be up to now, she said, "Kelly Bundy probably has like 10 kids. I'm sure of it."

"Married... with Children" centered on the Bundys, a dysfunctional family living in a fictional Chicago suburb. It aired on FOX from 1987 until 1997 (11 seasons).
