'CSI: Miami' star Eva La Rue breaks the news on Twitter that she will portray Danny Tanner's new wife Teri on Netflix's 'Full House' revival.

AceShowbiz - "Fuller House" has found Danny Tanner's new wife. Eva La Rue, known for her roles as Dr. Maria Santos on "All My Children" and Det. Natalia Boa Vista on "CSI: Miami", took to Twitter on Monday, July 27 to announce that she's playing Danny's wife Teri on the Netflix revival. "Playing Danny Tanner's new wife Teri :-)" so she wrote.

Teri has been described as a 40-year-old African-American woman who is "attractive, vivacious ... and youthful." She also has "quite an appetite for Danny and isn't afraid to shower him with affection," hinting at a possible PDA between Bob Saget's character and his young wife.

Meanwhile, a "Full House" couple just reunited on the set of the upcoming series. John Stamos, who plays Uncle Jesse, recently shared on Instagram a picture of his hand and Lori Loughlin's embracing over a "Fuller House" script. Loughlin will reprise her role as Aunt Becky. "Becky and Jesse together Forever," Stamos captioned the pic.

Previously, Stamos posted a photo of him reading a script on the set. "And we're back! Same sideburns- different decade. #FullerHouse #Netflix," he wrote alongside the image.

"Fuller House" will focus on the pregnant and recently widowed DJ Tanner (Candace Cameron Bure) and her three kids, along with her sister Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and neighbor Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber). Employed as a vet, pregnant and recently widowed, and living in San Francisco, Tanner asks her best friend Kimmy and her sister Stephanie to come help her raise her kids. It will be preceded by a one-hour reunion.

Dave Coulier and Scott Weinger also return for the 12-episode sitcom, which is slated to debut in 2016.
