Jenelle Evans is accused of attacking her baby daddy Nathan Griffith during a heated argument outside his house.

AceShowbiz - Jenelle Evans is facing domestic violence charges. According to a Myrtle Beach Police report filed by her ex-fiance Nathan Griffith who is also the father of her son Kaiser, the "Teen Mom 2" star attacked him outside his house during a heated argument. Police are now looking for her.

Griffith said Evans called him early Wednesday morning, May 27 and said she was outside his home destroying his car. Once he was outside, she reportedly slapped, punched, and clawed him with her nails. She also tried to kick him down a flight of stairs and choke him with his shirt.

He claimed Evans, 23, smelled of alcohol. She banged on the door and demanded he let her in after he was able to go back inside his house. "He has my phone and won't give me back my son," she yelled. According to the police report, he had scratches, bruises, and a ripped shirt.

Through her rep, Evans shared her side of the story. "Nathan ran over Jenelle with his truck before the incident in the police report. Jenelle is seeking charges & is ready to get the truth out," the statement reads. "Neighbors called the police after witnessing Nathan run Jenelle over. Her attorney is involved & this will be handled in compliance with LE. For those asking, Jenelle was at Nathan's to pick up her son. Nathan stole her phone & refused to hand over Kaiser. This is how it started."

The altercation comes just days after Griffith and Evans were spotted together at NYC's Electric Daisy Carnival festival and posed together for an Instagram picture. In March, she was busted for driving without a license. One week later, he was arrested for allegedly assaulting his baby mama.
