Scott Porter and his wife Kelsey Mayfield welcomed a bouncing baby boy over the weekend. The "Hart of Dixie" star quickly introduced his adorable newborn son online. "McCoy Lee Porter," the proud dad announced the name, adding with hastags, "#ReadyForMyCloseUp #BabyBoyMcCoy."
"30 hours in. My wife is a Gladiator in the ring! I am astounded by her fight. A long road to go, no meds at all. Prayers for strength!" the actor previously tweeted. "After a 44 Hour odyssey, #HousePorter has a new heir! Mommy and baby boy are both healthy and resting! Thank you all for the positive light!"
Kelsey gave birth to the baby on Saturday, May 23 at 4:16PM. Little McCoy weighed in at 8 lbs, 5 oz. and measured in at 20.5 inches long. It's their first child together. The couple met on the set of "Friday Night Lights" and tied the knot in 2013.
