Rita Ora is still a big Taylor Swift fan despite the fact that the former country sweetheart is dating her ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris. The British beauty has nothing but sweet words to say about the "Blank Space" hitmaker in a new interview with Noisey.

"I think she's one of the most incredible songwriters of our generation," said Ora, who had a messy break-up with Harris last year. "I'm not even just saying it. I absolutely adore her music and love what she stands for."

"You pay respect to people who deserve it," she added. "When Madonna was going through it on this last record, I was one of the first people to post my support on Instagram. Don't battle her because of her age. I'm a girl's girl, I support women and it comes back to you. I'd love that support. There's a fine line between believing in yourself and being a f**king arsehole. I don't step on people's toes."

Ora's split with Harris did affect her music. She was forced to delay the release of her sophomore album reportedly because the DJ banned her from using the tracks he helped produce.

Ora now plans to put out her new full-length later this year. She has just officially unveiled a new single called "Poison" along with its lyric video.
