AceShowbiz - Lea Michele has touching message for boyfriend Matthew Petz on his birthday. She took to Instagram to share a photo of him kissing her cheek as she leaned back laughing.
"Matthew, thank you for bringing such happiness into my life. For making me smile again and bringing such a bright joy into my every day... Thank you for loving me and my family...," so read the caption that accompanied the image. "And of course Sheila too.. May this be the happiest Birthday ever!" she added.
Matthew is Lea�s first ever boyfriend since the death of her actor boyfriend Cory Monteith in July 2013 of a drug overdose. Lea and Cory played on-screen lovers on the hit TV series �Glee�. Last Monday, May 11, she tweeted a touching tribute to mark what would have been his 33rd birthday. Then on Thursday, May 14, the 28-year-old actress was snapped having some fun with friends at Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif.
