Nicholas Brendon kept having a run-in with the law. The "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" actor, 44, was taken into police custody yet again this weekend. He was arrested in Myrtle Beach on Saturday, May 16 and charged with public intoxication.

"We are not releasing any comments or statements regarding today's events. Thank you," the troubled star tweeted. Instead, he posted a picture of him in the beach, "Twatters I love you all. Healing waters of Myrtle Beach. We are all human."

It's Brendon's third arrest this year. He trashed his room at a Fort Lauderdale hotel in February and destroyed his Tallahassee hotel room in March. Last year, he caused a similar trouble at an Idaho hotel in October a week after marrying girlfriend Moonda Tee in Las Vegas. He has since split from his wife.
