The 'Hold It Against Me' singer shares a picture on Twitter which shows her wearing a 'bootie' as a part of injured leg recovery.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears took to Twitter on Friday, May 1 to show her wearing a new "bootie" after injuring her ankle in her latest concert. The pop star showed her leg encased in a removable soft brace which looked like a black boot.
Spears captioned the photo, "This boot was made for walkin," making it clear that the boot she wears is a treatment to help her recover from an injury. In the photo, she wore a blue T-shirt and a pair of shorts while making a peace sign with her fingers.

"Breaks my heart to share news. After hurting my ankle last night my doctor has advised me not to perform this weekend. Your kind words mean everything to me! I'm rescheduling this weekend's shows and will let y'all know when we have the new dates. Xoxo," she said.
The pop star got injured in the middle of performing "(You Drive Me) Crazy" in "Piece of Me" concert on Wednesday, April 29. She twisted her ankle and fell down in the stage. She seemed to be in pain at the time. Because of the incident, the singer had to cancel her upcoming concerts in Las Vegas on Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2. She initially insisted that she was okay, but doctor suggested her to rest to recover.
