NBC will let viewers binge-watch its new series "Aquarius". The network will be releasing all 13 episodes of the David Duchovny-starring drama series online following the show's two-hour network premiere on May 28.

The show's episodes will be available on NBC.com, the network's app and cable VOD platforms. They will remain available online for a four-week period, while each episode of the series will air weekly every Thursday at 9 P.M. on the network.

"With 'Aquarius' we have the opportunity to push some new boundaries to give our audience something no broadcast network has done before," NBC Chairman Bob Greenblatt said. "We are fully aware how audiences want to consume multiple episodes of new television series faster and at their own discretion, and we're excited to offer our viewers this same experience since all 13 episodes of this unique show have been produced and are ready to be seen."

"Aquarius" is set in 1967 and follows Los Angeles police sergeant Sam Hodiak (Duchovny) who is investigating the disappearance of a 16-year-old girl with the help of undercover officer Brian Shafe (Grey Damon), who behaves like a hippie and fits in with the people being questioned. Unknown to them, their investigation will lead them to Charles Manson.
