Already moving on from her failed marriage to Lamar Odom, Khloe Kardashian confessed that during the difficult time she found gym as her only refugee. In an interview for the latest issue of the U.K. Cosmopolitan Body, she opened up about coping with her divorce by throwing herself into routine work out.
"The gym was my only refuge. I could put music on and dance around with my girlfriends and be silly," so she recalled. "When me and Lamar were having issues, I decided to channel my energy into working out. If I went out with my girlfriends, I would be hounded by paparazzi and made to feel more humiliated," she revealed further.
Though so, Khloe admitted to be feeling proud of the results, claiming she has since always "had all this confidence" and "never felt 'fat.' " Now that she has been embracing healthier life style, "my Instagram page people comment saying 'I liked you better when you were bigger,' " Khloe claimed, adding, "and I think, 'Thank God I don't live my life for other people because I'd be in a constant tug of war.' "
In further interview with the magazine, the 30-year-old entertainer went on addressing cosmetic enhancements. Regarding the topic, she commented, "I'm not against plastic surgery - if you want to do a tweak, I'm all for it, but you have to love yourself first because no surgery is going to change your heart." She went on implying, "It would have been so easy to get liposuction or whatever, but you have to be healthy to maintain that. I've always felt, 'Wouldn't it be great to accomplish that on your own?' "
