AceShowbiz - Nicholas Kallsen, who was Brad Pitt's co-star on 1990's FOX short-lived show "Glory Days", died of an overdose at the age of 48 in Thailand, according to Page Six. His friend, restaurateur Michael Dorrian, paid tribute to Nicholas on Facebook, writing, "Will always remember the good times. A big part of my past has gone and it breaks my heart."

"Glory Days", which first aired in July 1990, focused on four friends going their different ways after graduating from high school. At that time, Brad was still unknown. The show got canceled after just six episodes. Brad and Nicholas were also roommates before the 51-year-old actor shot to fame after starring in "Thelma & Louis" in 1991.

Nicholas' friend Allanby Singleton-Green told the site that he "didn't even know who Brad Pitt was" when he starred on "Glory Days". Nicholas, who attended The Browning School in Manhattan, allegedly planned to join audition for a role in "Thelma & Louis" but he overslept and missed the audition while Brad got the role which instantly made him a star.

While Brad has enjoyed a long and successful career in Hollywood, Nicholas' last movie credit was the 1993 "The Seventh Coin."
