No stranger to wearing heels, Salma Hayek took a tumble during a shopping trip in London on Wednesday, April 22. Fortunately, she was quick to regain her balance and she avoided hitting the pavement.

Hayek was photographed wearing casual outfits combined with a pair of towering platforms boots during the outing. She completed her look with sunglasses. The movie beauty was making her way out of a store in central London when the minor incident happened, the photos of which were obtained by Daily Mail Online. Some nearby builders ended up cheering on her for her quick save.

Earlier this week, Hayek took to Instagram to share a video of herself eating a cricket for her alleged dietary requirement. She captioned it with "Cricket eating #oaxaca#samihayek@hayekstudio." And she could be heard saying in the video, "These are crickets from Mexico, from Oaxaca, and they are eaten..." The video was her latest post after publicly announcing last month that she joined the social media as well as Facebook.
