Lollapalooza announces lineup for this year's festivity as summer is coming closer. Former The Beatles member Paul McCartney, heavy metal band Metallica, British rising star Sam Smith, and indie rock band Florence and the Machine are lined up to make merry the music event.

McCartney is scheduled to kick off the musical extravaganza at the Grant Park, Chicago on Friday night, July 31 along with the likes of The Weeknd, Kaskade, and Alabama Shakes. It will become Mecca's first performance at the event.
