Nearing the shooting of the highly anticipated flick "Suicide Squad", Jai Courtney is gearing up his physics to get ready for his role Captain Boomerang by having martial arts training. "I've been training for three months in different martial arts," so he admitted during the New York City premiere of "The Divergent Series: Insurgent" on Monday, March 16. "As you can imagine for that superhero world, the athletic expectations are rather high."

"I can't reveal anything about the plot," the movie hunk claimed further. Though so, Jai did give a hint at what his character's costume would be like in the upcoming film. "There's some pictures out there that make him look like an airline stewardess. I'm trying to avoid that," so he told Access Hollywood. "I can assure you, that whatever you saw, won't be what I'm wearing," he added when referring to the many images of Captain Boomerang which surfaced on the internet.

And when being asked about his character's deadly skills with a boomerang, Jai jokingly boasted, "I've being doing that since I was a kid." The Australian-born actor went on adding, "Wrestling crocodiles, all of the above!"

"Suicide Squad", set to hit U.S. theaters on August 5 next year, tells the story of "the team of supervillains who are given a chance at redemption by the government. The catch: Their mission will probably kill them all." In addition to Jai, it stars the likes of Will Smith as Deadshot, Jared Leto as The Joker, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, and Cara Delevingne as Enchantress. Shooting has been slated to be kicked off next month.
