Chelsea Handler celebrated her 40th birthday in the classiest way possible, with a topless pic and medical marijuana card. Just in time of her birthday on Wednesday, February 25, the actress' BFF Whitney Cummings tweeted a topless photo of the birthday lady. "Happy birthday to the always elegant @chelseahandler. This is 40," so wrote the 32-year-old comedian.

Chelsea herself tweeted on Tuesday, February 24, a photo of her Medical Marijuana new ID. "I'm a legal marijuaner. Just in time for my 40th bday tomorrow. Now I just need to get a lighter," so read a tagline that accompanied the snap.
