The accident happened on Thursday, February 19 near the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and North Gramercy Place about 9 P.M. The 4-foot-4 actor remains in critical condition after he was rushed to a hospital nearby.

The driver of the car was not cited by cops as it's revealed that Woolf was jaywalking when the crash occurred. "No crime was committed," LAPD tells E! News. "The driver remained at the scene."

Ben Woolf was diagnosed with pituitary dwarfism when he was young. Aside from the "Freaky Show", he also starred in TV movies "Haunting Charles Manson", "Dead in Kansas", and "Unlucky Charms". When he's not acting, he works as a preschool teacher.
