Nick Gordon previously denied that he took a legal action to see Bobbi Kristina Brown in hospital but now his lawyer Randall Kessler said that Nick had not stopped trying to visit her. Randall issued a statement on Wednesday, February 18, admitting that his client was banned from seeing Bobbi.

"Nick has been trying, privately, to do everything he can to see Bobbi Kristina cooperatively," the lawyer said, "He has respected the family's wishes and for that reason alone has not returned to the hospital and risked a public confrontation. But he desperately wants to be with the one he loves and continues to hope that his request will be granted."

In other news, Bobbi's relatives are reportedly trying to make money off of Bobbi's situation. An insider told Us Weekly that some of family members asked for thousands of dollars and perks, including car services and hotel stays, from media for interviews.

The insider said that Bobby Brown's family and Whitney Houston's family were battling over money. The battle had become a "big point of contention," the insider added.

Bobby previously slammed family members who provided information about his daughter's condition. He also asked media to stop talking with unauthorized family members. "Various members of the family have provided media interviews, however, none of them are approved visitors to see Bobbi Kristina," Bobby said through his lawyer, "None of them have firsthand knowledge of Bobbi Kristina's treatment and the medical staff at Emory University Hospital has not communicated with them."
