Contrary to a claim made by Bobby's cousin Jerod Brown, Nick's lawyer says he is not taking legal action but he 'hopes to be reunited with her soon.'

Nick Gordon is not taking legal action to see Bobbi Kristina Brown in hospital despite reports stating otherwise. Setting things straight after Bobbi's cousin Jerod Brown made the claim, Nick's attorney Randall M. Kessler said on Thursday night, February 12, "In response to reports that Nick Gordon is taking legal action, he would like it to be clear, he is not."
The attorney added, "Mr. Gordon's only concern is the recovery of Bobbi Kristina. He remains in constant prayer for his companion and he hopes to be reunited with her soon. Despite the incredible public interest, we ask and hope that this request can be resolved privately by Mr. Gordon and the family."
Bobbi has been in a medically-induced coma since she was found almost drowned with her face down in a bathtub at her townhouse in a Roswell subdivision outside Atlanta on January 31. Nick has been reportedly banned from seeing Bobbi after getting into a brawl with hospital security earlier this month.
According to a source, Bobbi's father Bobby Brown is controlling family access to his daughter's hospital room. Cissy Houston, Pat Houston, Gary Houston and Michael Houston are reportedly the only relatives allowed to visit Bobbi.
