Charlize Theron and her beau Sean Penn are seemingly taking their relationship to the next level. They were spotted house hunting in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles on Thursday, February 5. In some photos obtained by Mail Online, the couple could be seen exiting a house with a male guide.

Charlize and Sean were dressed comfortably for the day. The "Aeon Flux" actress donned a light-grey sweater, a pair of black leggings and white sneakers. She wore minimum make-up and her hair was tied in loose ponytail. Sean, meanwhile, wore a bomber jacket over a dark-grey tee, black pants and brown shoes.

Recently, Sean revealed his plan to get married again and would consider his marriage to Charlize as his "first marriage." "Yes, I'd get married again," he told Esquire U.K. in an interview, "You say I've been married twice before but I've been married under circumstances where I was less informed than I am today, so I wouldn't even consider it a third marriage, I'd consider it a first marriage on its own terms if I got married again. I mean, I like the tradition. A friend of mine wrote a line, 'Without tradition, new things die.' And I don't want new things to die."

The "Milk" actor, who was previously married to Madonna and Robin Wright Penn, also gushed over his relationship with Charlize and her adopted son Jackson. "I'm in love with a woman and home is where the heart is, right? I'm in love with my children, they're here. Jackson's very committed here with schools and all that. Charlize has friends and family here," he said.
