Jeremy Renner's wife Sonni Pacheco, who filed for divorce from him back in December, is seeking primary custody of their 22-month-old daughter Ava Berlin. Sonni is also requesting child support and legal fees, including $75,000 in attorney fees and $25,000 for additional legal expenses, from her estranged husband.

In documents filed on Monday, February 2, Sonni claimed Jeremy's house was unsafe for Ava. She wanted her estranged husband fence a koi pond in his house which is now up to 12 feet deep in part. She said she's "not aware of any security which would prevent Ava from falling into the pool" otherwise. She also demanded Jeremy to lock up his guns and ammunitions whenever Ava is in his care.

Sonni claimed Jeremy earned close to $3.5 million in 2014 while she earned no money because she's a full-time mother. She said the "Avengers: Age of Ultron" actor owns four properties, a 2013 Tesla, a Porsche convertible and two motorcycles. He also leases a 2013 Range Rover.

According to Sonni, Jeremy also has a "closet full of designer clothes" with an estimated value of $500,000 and owns several designer watches with an estimated value of $100,000.

When they were still married, Sonni asked Jeremy to increase her monthly allowance from $4,000 to $6,000 but he said that "to him it looked like I was using him for his money."

A hearing for the couple is scheduled for April 1.

Jeremy's representative hasn't commented on the issue yet but sources close to the actor tell TMZ that "he's given Sonni everything she's asked for and this is just a ploy to make what should be a simple divorce very expensive."
