AceShowbiz - "American Idol" stopped by Minneapolis in the latest episode airing on Wednesday, January 21. While there wasn't as many standouts as in other cities, there were some singers who stole the spotlight with their unique styles and performances.

Shannon Berthiaume was the first to perform in the episode. The 17-year-old girl from St. Paul said she had never sang in front of people before and looked a bit nervous in front of the judges. Vanessa Andrea, a mother of three whose husband works in the Air Force, is obsessed with Keith and he's on her "celebrity hall pass" list. Her voice and guitar skills impressed the judges and she was sent through to Hollywood. She complimented Keith's butt and said his hair smelled good as she hugged him.

Zach Johnson sang "Don't Close Your Eyes" with a fake country accent. The judges told him to sing another song without the fake accent and this time he earned a Golden Ticket.

Jacob Tolliver mimicked Jerry Lee Lewis and it was so good since he played JLL in a Vegas show. He later sang Sam Smith's "Stay With Me" and the judges liked him. He was sent through to Hollywood.

Hannah Mrozak is still 16 years old, but has a great, rich voice. Singing Etta James' "Something's Got a Hold on Me", she earned a spot in the next round as the judges dubbed her performance "fantastic" and "amazing."

Mark Andrew, a 29-year-old father, wants to follow his dream to be a professional musician one last time. He was in the fourth season 4 of "The Voice" but got eliminated in the Battle Rounds. Jennifer Lopez liked his performance said "it's so pleasant" to hear his voice. The new father earned a Golden Ticket.
