Martin Singer says in a new statement that Bill wasn't even in Los Angeles the night Chloe Goins claimed he sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008.

Bill Cosby has responded to Chloe Goins' sexual allegations against him. Bill's lawyer Martin Singer said in a statement released on Friday, January 16 that he had evidence that proved his client wasn't in Los Angeles the night Chloe claimed he raped her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008.
According to Martin, the alleged incident which happened during Midsummer Night's Party at the Playboy Mansion took place on August 9, 2008. "Mr. Cosby was in New York on that date," the lawyer said, "We will be providing documentary evidence to the appropriate authorities which conclusively establishes Mr. Cosby's whereabouts on August 9th and for the preceding and succeeding days."
Chloe's attorney Spencer Kuvin responded to Martin's statement, saying, "Martin Singer is doing his job, which is what we all should expect of him. The LAPD will be the judge in whether his evidence is sufficient or not. Let's see his proof. Until then, it is just a lawyer talking, which is not evidence."
"Additionally, the press should be asking Mr. Singer to prove where Mr. Cosby was the entire summer for 2008 and if he ever attended a party at the mansion that summer," Spencer added, "Finally, if that is true, why was Mr. Singer asking the Playboy mansion to look for security video?"
On Wednesday, LAPD said they would investigate Bill after Chloe and Spencer filed a complaint against him. LAPD Cmdr. Andy Smith told reporters outside LAPD headquarters, "We will take a report from anybody, and we'll initiate an investigation on any allegations of criminal misconduct. We're happy to do that, and we will push forward with an investigation on that case."
In an interview with Mail Online, Chloe claimed Bill drugged her and licked her toes in a bedroom at the Playboy Mansion. She believed the comedian also licked her breasts and all over her body. "I remember waking up and feeling moist all over, like he had been licking all over me," she shared, "He wasn't on my breasts when I woke, but I could feel, you know, the saliva on them and that he'd been licking on me."
