It's a done deal, according to TMZ. Following weeks of speculations about Joan Rivers' replacement on "Fashion Police", the site now reports that Kathy Griffin has signed up to co-host the show.
Griffin will reportedly be joined by returning co-hosts Giuliana Rancic and Kelly Osbourne as well as Rivers' daughter Melissa Rivers. As for George Kotsiopoulos, it's unknown if he will return to the show.
If TMZ is to be trusted, "Fashion Police" will no longer air weekly on E!. Sources tell the site that "E! will roll it out during awards shows and other occasions as event programming."
Griffin has been rumored as Rivers' possible replacement following the veteran comedienne's sudden passing. She confirmed in early November that she was offered the gig, but said, "I don't know if the situation is correct at this time for me or right for me at this time." A couple of weeks later, she's reported as the frontrunner for the job.
