TV

The actress will lead the variety show for the fourth time in advance of her role in musical movie 'Annie'.

Cameron Diaz will host "Saturday Night Live" a week after Woody Harrelson. The gig came on the heels of her role as Miss Hannigan in "Annie", which hits U.S. theaters December 19.

This would be the actress' fourth time leading the variety show after hosting in 1998, 2002 and 2005. She also appeared occasionally including the time she introduced then-boyfriend Justin Timberlake as a musical performer in 2006.

Diaz's turn as host is scheduled on November 22 with Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson teaming up as musical guests. Mars and Ronson collaborated in the latter's hit "Uptown Funk". Mars had hosted the show previously, meaning there could be a chance he will appear in one of the sketches.

Harrelson is hosting November 15 episode to promote "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1" which hits theaters across the nation November 21.
