Orlando Bloom shot down rumors which said he's dating Selena Gomez. When he touched down at LAX on Wednesday, October 22, a cameraman asked the 37-year-old actor about the rumors as he made his way to a waiting car.
"No man, we were just attending We Day together," the star of "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug" replied in a video obtained by TMZ, "You heard of We Day? You should check it out." The cameraman then asked, "So not true then?" to which Orlando answered, "No."
Earlier that day, Orlando and Selena attended We Day event at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada. The "Troy" actor delivered a speech while Selena served as a host at the youth empowerment event.
Orlando fueled speculation of dating Selena after they were photographed at Los Angeles airport on Monday just several feet apart from one another. At that time, Selena looked down and hid her face while Orlando trailed a few steps behind her.
Orlando will reprise his role as Legolas in upcoming movie "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies". Other original cast members including Martin Freeman, Ian McKellen, Richard Armitage and Benedict Cumberbatch will also be back in their respective roles. The fantasy movie is set to hit U.S. theaters on December 17.
