Chris Martin has bought a house in Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles across the street of his estranged wife Gwyneth Paltrow, Us Weekly reports. A source tells the site that Chris' new house allows his two children to see their parents "whenever they want."
Another source claims that Gwyneth's mother, Blythe Danner, even helped Chris move in to the new 7,700-square-foot property which was reportedly bought for $6.75 million. The house, which has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, was the place where Chris held a star-studded birthday party for Gwyneth on September 28.
At that time, the guests included Kate Hudson, Nicole Richie, Tobey Maguire and his wife Jennifer Meyer, Maya Rudolph and Gavin Rossdale. A source tells the site of the bash, "Everyone was seated facing each other so they could talk and tell stories. They were all laughing together... Gwyneth was surrounded by girlfriends and couldn't stop giggling."
Chris' new girlfriend, Jennifer Lawrence, was not present at Gwyneth's party, but there's no bitterness between them. An insider previously told the site, "Gwyneth is fine with Chris dating Jennifer."
