Helen Mirren showed people how to twerk as she appeared in a recent episode of "Live! with Kelly and Michael". The actress, who turned 69 on July 26, was stopping by the talk show on Tuesday, August 5 to promote her new movie "The Hundred-Foot Journey" when she recalled a moment she received The Hasty Pudding Club's Woman of the Year Award at Harvard University.

Mirren said that the guests "forced" her to twerk at the event back in January. Receiving cheering response from the audience, the Oscar-winning actress then showed some twerking moves with Michael Strahan. "You know what? It looks so wrong, but it feels so right," the former NFL star quipped.

Prior to her appearance at the daytime program, she appeared in a segment called "Mirren Mirren" on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon". In the fun session, Jimmy Fallon played a prince who looked into the Magic Mirror, occupied by Mirren, and asked her some tough questions.

When asked about her opinion on "Fifty Shades of Grey", Mirren replied, "Well, whips and chains are not my style. But who doesn't love a jolly good spanking once in a while?" Fallon also asked, "Mirror, Mirror, on the wall, what do you think of legalizing marijuana?" She answered, "Marijuana is legal and that is a fact. So now let's elect Rob Ford and legalize crack."
