AceShowbiz - The "Interstellar" trailer that caused chatters at the San Diego Comic-Con due to the spectacular visuals shot by Christopher Nolan has finally been unleashed online. It features Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway as they blast into space to search for a new planet where the human race can inhabit.
"Dallas Buyers Club" actor McConaughey plays a pilot who dreams of being a pilot again and gets the chance to be a part of the greatest mission in the history of mankind. A single father of two, he reluctantly leaves his children to join the space mission to save mankind.
"I grew up in a time when to be an astronaut was the highest ambition of any child," Nolan said at the Comic-Con. "I felt that had fallen off greatly over the last couple of decades. It has been a period of great technological change - very much related to what's in your pocket and what's in your living room."
The sci-fi flick will hit theaters across the country on November 7. Matt Damon, Jessica Chastain, David Oyelowo, Michael Caine, and Casey Affleck are among other A-list stars joining the cast ensemble.
