A snippet of Nicki Minaj's music video for her newest single "Pills N Potions" has been unleashed to tide fans over before its premiere on Monday, June 9. The video shows the Harajuku Barbie smoking cigarette, crying metallic tears, and wearing bunny ears. It also teases a cameo by rapper The Game.
She stopped by "Good Morning America" to debut the teaser before premiering the full video on "Live with Kelly and Michael" next week. She said on "GMA", "I really wanted to experiment with the third album, but I wanted to still marry my old energy with a new sound."
Produced by Dr. Luke and written by Ester Dean, the single is the first official offering from Minaj's new album "The Pink Print" which is due later this year. She said it was one of her most personal songs, calling it her "heart n soul" and "a true story."
