"The Amazing Spider-Man 2" releases the new and final trailer before this comic book movie swings its way to theaters across the United States on May 2. A fresh featurette has also leaked for viewing pleasure. The two videos offer different never-before-seen footage.
The trailer is packed with scenes that show Spidey's enemies from Oscorp, like Electro, The Rhino and Goblin. At one point, it shows Peter Parker running into his old friend, Harry Osborn, after 10 years of not seeing each other. The featurette, meanwhile, gives a first look the character played by Felicity Jones.
Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone reprise their roles as Peter and Gwen Stacy, while Jamie Foxx stars as Electro, Paul Giamatti as The Rhino, and Dane DeHaan as Harry. Marc Webb from the first film is back as a director, and will return for the next third installment before stepping from the helming seat later in the fourth one.
