AceShowbiz - A brand new trailer is released for Disney's "Maleficent" before it hits theaters on May 30 this year. Titled "Legacy", the video gives the feeling of nostalgia as some animated footage from the Mouse House's Sleeping Beauty tale is displayed before the live-action scene is shown.
Most of the footage is already featured in previous trailers. It teases the crucial time when Maleficent casts her spell on the infant Princess Aurora, their first encounter in the woods, and the clash between the witch's terrifying army and the king's soldiers in a massive battle.
The movie tells the untold story of Maleficent who turned from a beautiful, pure-hearted young woman into a bitter vengeful witch after the harmony of her land in a peaceable forest kingdom was threatened by an invading army. Angelina Jolie stars as the title character, Elle Fanning as Aurora, and Jolie's daughter Vivienne as the young princess.
