A new teaser for Laika's 3D animated film "The Boxtrolls" has landed online. It shows a posh Victorian-era town, Cheesebridge, with its two completely-different communities; the wealthy class and the underground cave-dwelling trash collectors.
The scenes are set against Cee-Lo Green's "(You're So Square) Baby I Don't Care". It's a classic song which was already covered by the likes of Elvis Presley and John Lennon before the "F**k You" hitmaker re-recorded it for 2011 compilation "Rave on Buddy Holly".
The film follows an orphaned boy (Isaac Hempstead-Wright) who was raised by a group of Boxtrolls. When his friends are targeted by an evil exterminator (Ben Kingsley), he teams up with an adventurous rich girl (Elle Fanning) to save them.
The film will arrive in the U.S. on September 26.
