The former star of 'The Hills' and 'The City' says she got proposed by her beau in their hotel room during a vacation Down Under.

Wedding bells are on the way for former MTV reality star Whitney Port. E! News learns that Tim Rosenman, an associate producer from her show's spin-off "The City", proposed to the blonde beauty during their recent holiday in Australia.
"It happened a couple of weeks ago when we were in Australia," the 28-year-old star said from the set of Joico's webisode series "Drab to Fab". "He proposed in our hotel room. It was super intimate. We went home the next day. I love the ring, it's beautiful!"
The couple began dating after she split from Ben Nemetin in 2011. "I knew he was the guy for me, but it wasn't something that I had been expecting," she gushed of the romantic proposal. "My family knew. He had gone to each member to ask their permission."
"The Hills" star said she's going to design her own wedding dress, but no date for the impending nuptials has been announced. "I have so many different ideas. I just want it to be low-key. I think something small," she revealed. "I mean, I say that now, but..."
Her fellow star on "The Hills", Lauren Conrad, also just got engaged to beau William Tell. "We talked, we're both so excited for each other," the reality TV star-turned-fashion designer said. "It's just an amazing time in my life right now."
