The 66-year-old actress who once appeared on 'Glee' has reportedly obtained the official paperwork in the Beverly Hills courthouse to marry her longtime partner.

Meredith Baxter is close to getting married for the fourth time, TMZ learns. After three failed marriages to men, the "Family Ties" star is now reportedly gearing up to swap wedding vows with her longtime same-sex partner Nancy Locke.
66-year-old Baxter is said already obtaining marriage license. She and her 56-year-old girlfriend went to the Beverly Hills courthouse on November 8 to get the paperwork. No other info is available, but initiations have reportedly been sent out.
Baxter starred opposite Michael J. Fox on Emmy-nominated "Family Ties" from 1982 to 1989. She won a Daytime Emmy Award for her role as a lesbian mother in 1993's "CBS Schoolbreak Special - Other Mothers". She recently guest starred on "Glee".
She publicly came out as lesbian in 2009 and has been in a relationship with Locke since 2005. She was previously married to Robert Lewis Bush in 1966. They have two children together. Three years after divorcing Bush, she wedded David Birney in 1974. They have three children together.
Her third marriage came in 1995, six years after her second divorce. She tied the knot with actor and screenwriter Michael Blodgett, but they went their separate ways in 2000. She said she realized she was gay when she started her first same-sex relationship in 2002.
