Jennifer Aniston has just been hit with a lawsuit filed by a construction company. According to TMZ, J.R. Darnall Associates, Inc. has launched legal action against the "Horrible Bosses" actress, alleging that she has not paid for a party platform it installed at her Bel-Air home, which she and her fiance Justin Theroux bought last year.

The complaint, filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court, says that Aniston hired the company to do some renovation work to the $21 million mansion in October 2012 and several other projects until March 2013. There has been no problem with the work and payment until she requested it to build a fancy $43,710 deck for a party on March 24.

The next day after the party was over, the contractor received a call about a leak in the deck. According to the suit, an expert sent for inspection could not do his job as the actress apparently had already had the deck ripped down. Since then, the actress has reportedly cut off all communication and yet to pay the fee. A rep for the 44-year-old star has not made any comment.

Last Saturday, August 10, Aniston threw a star-studded birthday bash for Theroux, whom she met when filming "Wanderlust", at their mansion. Among those who attended the party were Jimmy Kimmel, Ellen DeGeneres, Kristen Bell, Isla Fisher and Tobey Maguire.
