Paul Wesley and his wife, actress Torrey DeVitto, have separated. "The Vampire Diaries" actor and the "Pretty Little Liars" actress are divorcing after two years of marriage.
Wesley, 31, and DeVitto, 29, "have decided to amicably split," a representative says in a statement. "They will continue to remain good friends."
They couple met in 2007 on the set of film "Killer Movie", and got married in a private ceremony in New York City in April 2011. They have no children together.
DeVitto also appeared on the "Vampire Diaries". Wesley once commented, "It's fantastic because otherwise we'd be 2000 miles away, Los Angeles and Georgia, so it's very nice to be in the same geographical location."
Wesley and DeVitto are not the only real-life couple on the vampire drama series who called it quits. Fellow castmates Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder broke up earlier this year.
