Andre 3000 may return to music. On Monday, July 8, producer Mike Will Made It took to his Instagram to post a 13-second video of him and the Outkast member in a recording studio. Andre, sporting an overall, is standing next to Mike, who can be heard demanding the camera to be turned off.

Andre hasn't confirmed anything, but fans are hoping some new music from the 38-year-old musician. While he has been featured on songs from the likes of Beyonce Knowles, T.I., and Young Jeezy in recent months, Andre 3000 hasn't recorded his own original material in years.

After releasing "Idlewild", Outkast's last album, Andre took a break from music and focused on his acting career. He will be seen depicting Jimi Hendrix in upcoming biopic "All Is by My Side".

Andre hasn't revealed his plan to reunite with fellow Outkast member Big Boi. They appeared together on a remix to Frank Ocean's song "Pink Matter" but insisted that it wasn't an Outkast reunion.

Meanwhile, Big Boi, who has been busy recording his new music, has been very vocal about working with Andre again. "We talk and communicate and we still come to each other's homes, our kids play together," Big Boi said earlier this year.

"When you've been doing music for so long together, you don't have to be joined hip to hip. I know that's what the world wants to see right now, but we're just trying to do our own thing right now," he added.
