A new trailer for Disney's upcoming animation "Planes" takes fans to a racing circuit where all best planes gather to compete for pride and glory as one ultimate champion. Spotted among the air racers is apparently Dusty, an orange crop duster who seems to be an unlikely winner considering his single-engine and "farm-boy" look.

The video also gives a look at other aircrafts Dusty befriends as well as competes against. Featured as the main antagonist is a green plane named Ripslinger. With Roger Craig Smith as the voice actor, the cocky plane will stop at nothing to see Dusty, voiced by Dane Cook, fail even if it has to take him to cheat.

"Planes" centers on Dusty, a big-hearted, fast-flying crop duster who dreams of competing in the most exhilarating around-the-world air race in history. However, Dusty is not exactly built for racing and he also happens to be afraid of heights.

With the support of friends old and new, Dusty tries to make the impossible dream of reaching the highest heights come true.

Directed by Klay Hall, the animated feature is also supported by Teri Hatcher, Val Kilmer, Priyanka Chopra and Anthony Edwards.

"Planes" is set to fly to theaters nationwide on August 9.
