Miley Cyrus suffered major make-up malfunction when attending Maxim's Hot 100 party to celebrate her new title as the magazine's hottest woman. Hitting Vanguard nightclub in Hollywood on Wednesday night, May 15, the 20-year-old singer was photographed with a visible white layer of white powder around her mouth and chin.
Aside from the heavily-applied powder, Cyrus looked glamor in a black strapless jumpsuit with a white band around the bustline by Valentino and metallic platform heels by Saint Laurent. Before the party, Cyrus tweeted, "Hmmm .... What to wear... What to wear..... Hmmmm. Valentino ? you've never done me wrong!"
The former "Hannah Montana" star finished her look with gold bracelet and a series of earrings. She also briefly flashed the engagement ring fiance Liam Hemsworth gave her.
Cyrus announced that she topped the hottest woman poll by Maxim early this month. She shared her excitement with her Twitter followers, "Didn't know this was coming out yet! I'm so happy to be #1 on Maxim's HOT 100! #myfanskickass #dreamsdocometrue."
Of her achievement, she told Maxim, "It feels amazing to be No. 1, especially because it was voted on by the fans. I have the best fans in the world! It's every woman's fantasy to be told she's No.1 on Maxim's Hot 100! So crazy!"
The Wednesday night's event was packed with other hotties, including Kellie Pickler, Danielle Fishel, Kendra Wilkinson, and Pia Toscano.
