Blake Shelton had a surprising experience when he was in Vegas before the 48th annual Academy of Country Music Awards which was held on Sunday, April 7. Ashley Monroe told PEOPLE on the event's pre-ceremony red carpet that Shelton saw her and three other women naked.

"The first night we got to Vegas, me and Sheryl Crow and Miranda and Angeleena went to Miranda and Blake's room and had a spray-tan party, so all of us were naked. We made Blake go upstairs and close his eyes," Monroe said. However, Shelton quickly left the scene. "He left. But there could have been a camera! I'm still not sure. We'll see what he tweets in the next week," Monroe said.

Shelton, who became the host of the show alongside Luke Bryan, introduced his wife at the event before she sang "Mama's Broken Heart". "This mornin', I saw her nekkid!" he said.

Shelton and Lambert have been hit with cheating rumor several times since their marriage in 2011. However, the pair reacted to the cheating rumor in humor. Shelton tweeted in March, "Hey @mirandalambert... I just read in a tabloid that our marriage is falling apart!!! FOCK!!!" Lambert wrote back, "Oh no! Can't wait to read if we make it or not."

On Friday, April 5, Shelton shrugged off the cheating rumor on CBS' "This Morning". When Gayle King asked how he dealt with the tabloid, Shelton said, "I love it. I honestly do love it. I just know, to have that kind of coverage, if I'm popular enough they want to put me and Miranda on that stuff - that's awesome. I have an album coming out! Put my album right next to [the tabloid] and pick it up."
