CBS has renewed 18 of its primetime series for 2013-2014 season. "Elementary", "The Good Wife", "2 Broke Girls", "Mike & Molly", "NCIS: Los Angeles", "Person of Interest", "The Mentalist", "Hawaii Five-0" and "Blue Bloods" join previously renewed scripted series including "The Big Bang Theory", "How I Met Your Mother", "NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service" and "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation".

Reality shows "The Amazing Race", "Survivor" and "Undercover Boss" as well as newsmagazines "60 Minutes" and "48 Hours" are also picked up for new season. Meanwhile, missing from the list are "Two and a Half Men", "Criminal Minds", "CSI: NY", struggling comedy "Rules of Engagement" and freshman dramas "Vegas" and "Golden Boy".

However, "Two and a Half Men" and "Criminal Minds" are expected to return for new season. The network is reportedly currently in talks with Warner Bros. about an 11th season of the comedy, while the "Criminal Minds" renewal may be announced soon after new deals with the cast are hammered.

On the other hand, "CSI: NY", "Rules of Engagement", "Vegas" and "Golden Boy" are considered to be on the bubble, with their fates possibly only announced after CBS watches its new pilots.
