AceShowbiz - Amanda Bynes is not taking anymore degrading stories about her. The troubled actress is planning to sue a tabloid that claimed she walked around a tanning salon with no clothes on and did not even care that people were looking at her.
In Touch magazine said in its report that Bynes "caused quite a scene during a recent visit to Beach Bum Tanning in New York City." She reportedly bought a Mystic spray-tan session and was hooked to a private room but found no goggles. So she walked out to the salon area and stunned some people with her nudity. Eyewitness said she looked "painfully thin" and "seemed totally out of it."
In a text message to deny the report, Bynes told Celebuzz, "That's not true, I'll sue." Moreover, a staff at the tanning salon said Bynes is indeed a regular customer but "she is always polite when she comes in."
Bynes has been forced to fight a lot of bad reports about her. After several run-ins with the law regarding her driving skill, Bynes was caught smoking through a pipe in a parking lot. She said in a statement, "I am doing amazing. I am retired as an actor. I am moving to New York to launch my career. I am going to do a fashion line. I am not talking about being arrested for DUI because I don't drink, and I don't drink and drive. It is all false."
