The 'Criminal' singer reschedules her forthcoming gig at Austin City Limits Live at Moody Theater following her run-in with the law.

AceShowbiz - Following her arrest on Wednesday, September 19, Fiona Apple is forced to postpone her upcoming concert in Texas. "Tonight's show in Austin has been postponed. New date TBD," it is announced on her official Facebook page.

The Grammy-winning singer was supposed to perform at Austin City Limits Live at Moody Theater on September 20. One day before getting arrested, she took the stage at Ikeda Theater at Mesa Arts Center in Mesa, Arizona as part of her "The Idler Wheel..." tour.

Fiona was detained at a border stop in Sierra Blanca, Texas for hashish and marijuana possession. Police found .01 lbs. of marijuana and .010 lbs. of hashish in her tour bus when she and her entourage were pulled over for a routine inspection.

There were seven other people in the bus, but they were let go after she "freely admitted that the controlled substances belonged to her." In a mugshot making its way out onto the internet, she was captured on camera closing her eyes and wearing a black-and-white prison jumpsuit.

A spokesperson for the Hudspeth County said her arrest happened "without incident," adding that she was cooperative but was concerned when informed she would have to stay in prison overnight. She was released from Hudspeth County jail after posting $10,000 bond.
