AceShowbiz - Robbie Williams is over the moon as he becomes a proud daddy to a baby girl. The bundle of joy was born by his wife Ayda Field on Tuesday, September 18. The Take That member names the newborn Theodora Rose.
"Praise be, it's Theodora Rose Williams, affectionately known as teddy," he wrote on his official website to share the happy news with his fans. "Born 3.33pm on 18.9.12, 7lbs 4oz...baby, mummy and daddy are all rockin....thank you for your best wishes."
Robbie and Ayda tied the knot in August 2010 after dating for around four years. In March this year, they announced her pregnancy. The baby is their first child together. "Massive congrats Rob and Ayda. So happy for you," bandmate Gary Barlow tweeted.
"Baby girl or baby boy? I'm truly not bothered as long as we have a healthy baba," Robbie once said in an interview. "I can play footie with a boy, but a girl would defo be a daddy's girl. So we would be blessed with either. Thinking about it I can play footie with a girl, too."
