Pregnant Snooki insisted on wearing high-platform sandals and she fell. While filming for the sixth season of "Jersey Shore", the reality star lost her footing while walking in Seaside Heights, N.J. but was not seriously injured.

Snooki told Us Weekly in March that she will not give up heels just because she's pregnant. "I'm going to wear heels throughout. I'm 24, not 50!" she said. However, she would not hesitate on coming back to tanning salon. "I can use self-tanner, I think, but I don't feel the need to. This is my pregnant look," she said.
