Courtney Love has apologized to Frances Bean Cobain for her recent Twitter rant at Dave Grohl, but her 19-year-old daughter isn't letting her go easily. According to the Chicago Sun Times, Frances is looking for ways to stop the lead singer of Hole from making public comments about her personal life.
It is reported that the only daughter of the late Kurt Cobain has even consulted her attorneys on the matter. A "solid" source additionally told the Times that this latest chapter in the mother-daughter's turbulent relationship "is likely the end - at least for Bean." The source explained, "She's done with Courtney. Can you blame her?"
Courtney accused ex-Nirvana drummer Grohl of hitting on Bean earlier this April. Using her locked private account @cbabymichelle, the 47-year-old tweeted, "I hear from frannies roommate that @davegrohl hit on frances, and that she was curious, I'm not mad at her, him I am about to shoot, dead."
The accusation led Bean to releasing her own statement to the press. "While I'm generally silent on the affairs of my biological mother, her recent tirade has taken a gross turn," the teen said. "I have never been approached by Dave Grohl in more than a platonic way. I'm in a monogamous relationship and very happy." Courtney later responded by tweeting, "Bean, sorry I believed the gossip."
