AceShowbiz - Quentin Tarantino's spaghetti western film "Django Unchained" has revealed its very first teaser poster. Being debuted via Yahoo! Movies, the official artwork shows a minimalist design which is dominated by red color. The one-sheet doesn't offer a clear look at the characters or even the film's title, but it still sums up the western tone of the Christmas-released movie.

"Django Unchained" revolves around the newly freed titular slave who, under the tutelage of a German bounty hunter Dr. King Schultz, becomes a bad-ass bounty hunter himself. After assisting Schultz in taking down some bad guys for profit, Django tracks down his wife and liberates her from an evil plantation owner Calvin Candie.

Jamie Foxx tackles the part of freed slave Django, while Christoph Waltz stars as German dentist-turned-bounty hunter Schultz. Also starring in the slavery era movie are such actors as Leonardo DiCaprio, Samuel L. Jackson, Kerry Washington, Kurt Russell, Sacha Baron Cohen, RZA and Walton Goggins.

The movie has been filming in Lousiana since February. One of the cast members, Goggins, recently shared to GQ magazine about how Tarantino and his professional team worked on the set. "His cinematic acumen is unparalleled, and he's able to draw from all these resources, which are all the movies that have ever been made," said Goggins.

"He's seen most, if not all of them, and he really is an auteur. He's a savant auteur who is as passionate and as playful as any artist I've ever worked with," the actor gushed. "His enthusiasm is infectious, and the story is a movie that only Quentin Tarantino could make."
