The first trailer for "Rise of the Guardians" has arrived. Bringing together famous figures in children's folklore, Santa Claus, Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy and Sandman, for some action, this promo video puts the focus on the preparation of a war against the Nightmare King.
In the upcoming animated movie from DreamWorks Animation, those legendary characters will show off their hidden extraordinary abilities. When an evil spirit known as Pitch lays down the gauntlet to take over the world, the immortal Guardians must join forces to protect the hopes, beliefs and imagination of children everywhere.
Slated for a November 21 release in the U.S., "Rise of the Guardians" has a voice cast ensemble that includes Alec Baldwin, Chris Pine, Hugh Jackman, Jude Law, Isla Fisher and Dakota Goyo. The family movie is directed by Peter Ramsey with David Lindsay-Abaire penning the screenplay.
